Zameer is currently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, UFO Moviez India Limited (Public Listed). and is also the Honourable Chairman of the Entertainment and Media Section at the Indian National Bar Association. he has previously held senior positions in a multitude of large companies and industry groups like Reliance Entertainment, Eureka Forbes, Johnson & Johnson, Raymond, etc. Mr. Zameer Nathani is an LLB, LLM (Civil, Corporate, Criminal, Customs, International Laws, UN, WTO), PLD from Harvard Business School, Executive MBA from NMIMS, US IP Laws from Stanford University, Intellectual Property Rights and ADR Certifications from WIPO (United Nations)

Zameer’s corporate career began when he joined Mallar Law Consulting right after graduation. Thereafter, he was the Digital Businesses Associate Vice President-Legal at Reliance Entertainment. He later joined Balaji Telefilms where he worked as Head-Legal. In the meantime, he even managed to pursue an Executive MBA from NMIMS.
