Below you will find some key information to help you navigate entries:

ELIGIBILITY & RULES

The Mark Asia Awards is open to all organizations, non-profits, brands, foundations, and individuals involved in purpose & mission-driven work.

To be eligible for the current season, the project or campaign must be ongoing or have occurred between The Mark Asia and the entry deadline.

  1. Original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from the owner or other appropriate party to enter the work;
  2. Does not infringe on any rights (privacy or other) or intellectual property rights of any third party
  3. And all supporting materials that are submitted are factual and correct
  4. Does not violate any applicable laws
  5. Doesn’t contain messages, statements, or ideas likely to discredit or call into question the reputation of the entrant, clients, credited individuals, or The Mark Asia Awards and its partners
  6. Does not contain pornographic material, propagate “hate” messages, make defamatory statements, or is otherwise historically or culturally insensitive or offensive
  7. Is not fake or made as spec work

Any entry which violates any of these terms may be disqualified by Mark Asia Awards at any time; Awards and its partners will not be liable for any breach of these or any other awards rules; responsibility for the entry and all supporting materials submitted is exclusive to the entrant submitting the materials.

Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of Mark Asia Awards to use it for exhibition and publication in any medium. Unacceptable Material

Entries that contain pornographic material, propagate “hate” messages, make defamatory statements, or that are otherwise historically or culturally insensitive or offensive are not only unacceptable or not tolerated, they are also not eligible to win a MarkAsia Awards.

  • Fake entries will not be eligible for judging.
  • What could be the reasons for disqualification
  • Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any phase of the competition without notification.
  • The Mark Asia Awards assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. If an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The Mark Asia Awards are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of The Mark Asia Awards to use it for exhibition and publication in any medium.
  • Timely submission of an entry meeting the eligibility requirements and payment of the entry fee as stated herein ensures that an entry will be reviewed and considered for recognition. No other representation or warranty is made by The Mark Asia Awards concerning entries and all implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.
  • If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award are strictly within the discretion of The Mark Asia Awards. Entrant understands that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner.

Final Entry Deadline: 10th January 2022

  • Campaigns categories across all sector: INR 15,000 per individual entry, per category. The same work can be entered in multiple categories
  • Organization Awards: INR 15,000 per individual entry, per category. The same work can be entered in multiple categories
  • Individual Awards : INR 12,000 per individual entry, per category. The same work can be entered in multiple categories
  • There is no limit on the number of categories a submission may be entered into. In addition, there is no limit to the number of submissions that can be made by one entrant.
  • Refunds: There are no refunds once an entry has been submitted, even if the entry is withdrawn from the competition. Entries cannot be removed from the competition after 10th January 2022
  • Entrants can submit entries for as many categories as they like and submit multiple entries for each category.
  • Work entered should be created predominantly by the submitting party. Collaborating parties (creative or media agencies as well as creative technology partners) and other key individuals should be referenced.
  • All entries must be submitted via the online form and include a written case study as well as creative samples.
  • The mode of payment will be an online transaction. 
  • Fill the nomination form and send it to ashar@themarkasia.com by marking CC to pratiyush@themarkasia.com. Team will raise the bill. 
  • Once team will receive the payment will give you nomination number . 
  • All nominations will be considered only after the payment is cleared the mode of payment will be an online transaction. As mentioned in the form.
  • The screening committee – comprising senior marketing and advertising professionals – will evaluate and score each entry. Finalists for each category will be determined.
  • Finalists will be notified 1 week prior. Due to the volume of submissions, Digi Mark Awards will not be able to contact all entrants individually.
  • Winners will be announced in January 2022, at the Virtual Digi Mark Awards.
  • By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions and by the decisions of the judges which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest. All federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations apply. This contest is subject to the laws of India. The Mark Asia reserves the right to use and publish entrants’; proper names online, in print and in any other media in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of an award constitutes permission for The Mark Asia to use the winner’s name and likeness and entry submission for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest. Contact information becomes property of the Mark Asia and will not be shared with or distributed to any third party.
  • The Mark Asia reserves the right not to award categories that, in the judgment of the panel and administrators, did not elicit entries up to top industry standards.
